Tile spacers are leveling tools used during the installation of floor or wall tiles to maintain uniform tile gaps and ensure tile corners are aligned. They come in various sizes and can be used alongside different styles of tile leveling systems.
Using them not only accelerates the tiling process but also enhances the overall aesthetics of the tiled area. Compared to traditional spacers, their unique protruding design makes them easier to remove after use and allows for repeated usage.
Typically, a gap of 1-2mm is recommended for walls. Apart from antique-style tiles which require a larger gap (such as 10mm), a gap of 3-5mm is generally used. For other tiles, a standard gap of 1-2mm is usual.
